Shopify does not allow Cashfree to push conversion data back to the Shopify dashboard when One Click Checkout is active. Use the Merchant Dashboard for analytics insights, or use external tools such as Google Analytics to view your data.
Cashfree One Click Checkout for Shopify forwards a fixed set of fields to the Abandoned Checkout webhook payload (such as cart_token, abandoned_checkout_url, and UTM parameters). It does not support forwarding arbitrary custom Shopify cart attributes into the webhook payload. To track custom data such as marketing consent, use cart_token or cart_id as a join key. Store the mapping of cart_token to your custom attribute on your server, and look up that mapping when the ABANDONED_CHECKOUT webhook is received.
Orders may fall back to the native Shopify Checkout in the following scenarios:
  • Inventory issues: Unavailable inventory or items with zero quantity.
  • Network interruptions: Technical connectivity issues can cause the system to default to the native checkout flow.

No. Cashfree currently supports the One-Page Checkout feature (which displays payment methods directly on the checkout page) only for Shopify-based websites. For custom-coded integrations, use the Custom website integration instead.
Cashfree bases the website URL shown in its SMS notifications on the website registered to your production account. If an incorrect name appears, verify the website URL linked to your account email ID in the Cashfree system.
To auto-populate an address in One Click Checkout (OCC), a user must first save an address during checkout. Once the user saves and links an address to a phone number, OCC automatically displays it the next time the user logs in with that same phone number.
